I’ve watched this tree weathering all kinds of storm and only coming out to stand more beautifully. In fact, I think it’s this tree that makes the scene more so.
To some, it’s a famous tree (see my Instagram posts with it here, here, and here). To me, it’s the most beautiful palm tree in the whole southern California. :D It’s near where I live and I get to see the beauty of this tree more than that of any others.
At this time of year when reflection of the past and vision of the future occurs, I wanted to send my holiday greetings along with this tree. As many of the restrictions are still around on what we can do and where we can go, I wish that you can see through the mundane and feel pleasure from the unusual that you discover.
In the coming year, I resort to continue to honor the true beauty and present fine art from the day-to-day, the not-so-famous, and the “normal”, be it of the people, the landscape, or “The Tree”. ;-)
